Block Plant Production Manager

Heck Site

 

The Role

The position of Block Plant Production Manager at our Heck site has become available due to restructure within the company. 

The Block Plant Production Manager will hold responsibility for all production activity within the operations of both Plants, working closely with the other area managers on site and reporting to the Divisional Production Director. The position is that of a day shift role, however you will hold responsibility for all activity for the 24-hour production operation in both plants and maintenance during none production time. Relevant experience of the operation of our, or similar, production activity is essential; a technical background is highly desirable.

Production Operative

Boughton

 

The Role

A vacancy has arisen for a Production Operative to strengthen the production facility at our Boughton manufacturing plant at Boughton Industrial Estate, near Ollerton. In this role you will play a valued and equal role as part of a multi-tasked team. As a team member you will have a hands on role and will be actively involved in every aspect of production operations. Activities will range from operating the highly automated production plant, to carrying out our daily clean downs and preventative maintenance tasks as well as taking on personal tasks suited to your skills, all within strict quality and safety guidelines. To meet the requirements of this position, you will have a positive and enthusiastic approach and will be committed to achieve high standards in a team working environment.

 

Remuneration package

This position requires flexible shift working and will be rewarded with a starting salary of 20k rising to 24k after 12 months, with 22 days annual holiday, rising to 27. Benefits include company pension and bonus scheme following a qualifying period.
