At a time when traditional lightweight block-making aggregates are rapidly diminishing in supply, Plasmor has secured the long-term future of block making at all of its manufacturing sites across the UK. In Spring 2007, Plasmor doubled its output of the "Plasmor-unique" expanded clay with the commissioning of a second expanded clay kiln.
£2.3m INVESTMENT IN TRANSPORT KEEPS PLASMOR ON THE MOVE
This years record annual investment of £2.3m keeps Plasmor products on the move. A flexible range of rigid and draw-bar vehicles from SCANIA, M.A.N. and HINO replace the discontinued FODEN lorries that have been the Plasmor workhorse for over 30 years.
