The Role
Once in post the SAP Assessor will be required to expand their product knowledge to assist with technical enquiries from the public/other specifiers and to promote traditional construction methods.
Key Responsibilities/Duties of a SAP Assessor to include:-
• Conducting SAP Assessments and EPC lodgements on a variety of house types ranging from small self build projects up to large scale housing developments.
• To write reports on energy/carbon reductions as required to satisfy planning approval requirements
• There may be requirements in the future to meet with clients and to represent the company/associations they are affiliated with at exhibitions or trade shows (depending on location

Plasmor Ltd are currently looking for a qualified OCDEA to carry out SAP assessments and lodge EPCs. This position would be remote and/or hybrid working liaising with our Technical team based at Head Office.
- Competitive salary dependent on skills and experience. Eligibility for Company profit share after 1 year continued service

The candidate
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a SAP Assessor with the OCDEA (On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor) industry standard qualification. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office and hold a Grade B (or equivalent) GCSE Maths qualification.
Key skills / pre requisites required for the role of SAP Assessor:
• Have good written communications skills
• Must be organised and able to prioritise workload
