All Plasmor Architectural Masonry is made to individual order from naturally
occurring aggregates on a special purpose built American block manufacturing plant
which produces the high quality, high strength concrete facing blocks synonymous
with such a well known brand name.
One of the major features of Plasmor Masonry is that it provides a walling product that is EFFLORESCENCE FREE. This is achieved by our unique autoclave curing process. Depending on the finish required, masonry is textured, shot blasted or split with special shapes made on a parallel specials line which also includes cutting and bonding - a highly specialised skill.
Your entire order progresses though the plant as a batch to ensure absolute colour consistency and uniformity. All Masonry manufacturing takes place on one site - at Knottingley in West Yorkshire and can be delivered nationwide on Plasmor’s own fleet of crane offload delivery vehicles. Plasmor’s proven project management system controls your order and provides close supervision at every stage from design, production planning, production, delivery to site and on-site advice.
