The Role
As a Receptionist at our Head Office in Knottingley, you will serve as the company’s primary point of contact, providing administrative support across the organisation. You will welcome visitors, greet guests, and manage front-desk operations, including handling correspondence, ordering office supplies and sundries, and directing incoming phone calls.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A customer service attitude
- The ability to work well independently
The role is a PART TIME position, working Monday’s & Thursday’s 8.30am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break. Immediate start available.
Overtime for holiday cover will be available.
A REMUNERATION PACKAGE IS OFFERED INCLUDING COMPANY PROFIT SHARE, PENSION SCHEME AND COMPETATIVE RATES OF PAY.
