"Ever since I began working at Plasmor 33 years ago, customers have always asked ‘how’s Donna and Moira’.  I’m going to have to get used to saying ‘they’ve retired’, it will seem very strange to say the least.

Amazingly, Donna has been with us for 42 years ( she reckons she started when she was 8) and Moira has managed a relatively modest 34 years!

The whole Sales Team are very close and it’s fair to say there were tears when they announced their decisions to retire.  Things will never be quite the same again although the remaining team members will pull together and I know Moira and Donna will keep calling in to ensure that standards are being maintained.

Seriously, both these ladies have been unfailingly friendly, helpful and trustworthy throughout their fabulous careers and have earned their status as customer favourites.

On behalf of Plasmor I thank them sincerely and wish them happy and prosperous retirements."

"I don’t put pen to paper often to show the appreciation of the service offered to me and our business by our suppliers staff very often, but in the case of both Moira and Donna it is necessary to show my appreciation for all their efforts over the last 30 years plus.

As you are well aware we work in an industry that at times can become tiresomely stressful with lots of pressure to deliver goods at short notice from our regular customers and I know for a fact that both Moira and Donna have both always gone the extra mile in their roles to ensure they have gone above and beyond what is normally expected from the industry. Indeed the level of service offered with a dose good humour, honesty and quick response times is what all other manufacturers should aim to deliver (I doubt anybody will come close EVER to the service Plasmor offer) especially these two.

It’s a pretty sad day to see Moira and Donna go as they are part of the furniture, but I am confident

The strong service levels will continue as their legacy with the other good members of staff remaining
